Classes in the gym


This class is doing in the Profit Gym. The gym is in Felanitx.




Body attack class

Body Attack is inspired cardio exercise sports for strength and endurance. This kind of high range combines strength and aerobic movements with balance exercises. Dynamic instructors and energizing music motivates everyone to achieve their fitness goals



Body cross class

The Body Cross is a new way of fitness oriented fat consumed is basically a training run, with intense preparation and basic exercises, which results in a higher level of strength, coordination and endurance.




Body pump class

The body pump is a fitness program that combines the activities of aerobics with muscle work by performing weight lifting exercises. The training system is usually carried out in group classes tours, which last approximately one hour, which are played between eight and ten dynamic songs that accompany the exercises and during which a different muscle group is working on each song.





Combat class

The Body Combat is based on technical movements and gestures of different fighting disciplines and martial arts such as boxing or Muay Thai program. Throughout the class, one hour, are happening tracks in which we tested the technique specific movements of these contact sports with more aerobic, called "fighting", in which we practice movements learned.





Pilates class

The method focuses on developing core muscles to maintain body balance and provide stability and strength to the spine, so it is widely used as therapy and rehabilitation, for example, prevent and cure back pain. It is practiced worldwide and owes its growing that is practiced by celebrities from the worlds of music, film, dance or sports popularity.




Step class

Zumba class

Zumba is a mixture of -Salsa, merengue, flamenco or bachata- and aerobics that has become routine to lose weight fashion Latin rhythms. It is a fitness discipline devised by a Colombian, Alberto 'Beto' Perez, and his name is a derivative of the word rumba.

  2. I practice body attack class in Gym on Felanitx. The class is very enjoyable and dynamic. Everyone would have to practice it.

    I went to this gym last year, but because of work I had to leave.
    I have to say that the owners of the gym are very good and kind, and all the people who practice sports there always help you if you have any questions.
